This is a fast-paced course that requires a serious and consistent attention to the major course project. So, take an honest view of yourself and your study habits: How you will plan to approach the assignments for your courses this semester, and how will you manage your time? If you believe that your schedule will not permit you to actively participate and to dedicate adequate time to complete each step of the research project over the next eight weeks, I recommend that you speak with your advisor about changing to an alternate course of study prior to the semester 'add/drop' deadline or no later than two weeks following the start of the term.

Please take a few moments to download a copy of the Syllabus (refer to the tab marked 'Syllabus' in the course home directory. If you have any questions, feel free to post a message in my Virtual Office located in the Collaboration-Forums. Shortly, you will receive an email announcing the first class teleconference, which is posted in the Coursework Assignment unit.

I look forward to working with you, and to share in your continued academic success.
