Registrar’s Office

The University Registrar’s Office is an academic service office to students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, former students, and external customers. The Registrar’s Office is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all university academic records, grading policies and processing, academic transcripts, diplomas and certificates, degree audits, degree certifications, creation and maintenance of course schedules for registration, administration of student registration, Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) reporting, National Student Loan Clearinghouse (NSC) reporting, academic calendars, the production of the university catalog, commencement activities aligned with the Registrar’s Office, point of contact for Veterans educational benefits, The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) compliance, and degree and enrollment verifications.
