Office of Information Technology (IT)

The Office of Information Technology (IT), provides a single point of contact for all your technical support needs at Union Institute & University. The Help Desk is available to all students, faculty and staff who need technical support (see our hours of operation below). The Infrastructure team support provides technical services for the university network, phone system and servers. The Development team manages Union Institute & University's Jenzabar Student Information System as well as other custom development.


Current students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to use the HELP Desk tab on CampusWeb.


Students & Faculty, 24 hours a day, seven days a week via phone. Staff from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday.
