The Department of Information Technology (IT), provides a single point of contact for all your technical support needs at Union Institute & University. The Help Desk is available to all students, faculty and staff who need technical support (see our hours of operation below). The Infrastructure team support provides technical services for the university network, phone system and servers. The Development team manages Union’s Jenzabar Student Information System as well as other custom development. The Instructional Design team works with the faculty to develop online courses.

Hours

Department of Information Technology normal operating hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST and Friday to 5:00 p.m. Weekend academic support is available for students and faculty by calling the Help Desk and choosing the Weekend Academic Support option from the menu.  For serious network and system emergencies after hours, please choose the emergency option from the Help Desk voice menu.
