Welcome to Live Chat Support at the Union Help Desk! We are currently offering chat support during the hours of 11am-3 pm weekdays.
How does it work? Type your name in the box, then click the Chat button to request a support person. Your request will "ring" our Help Desk for up to 60 seconds (giving us time to answer). If someone is available, they will greet you with a reply. If no one is currently available, you will get a message after 60 seconds that no one is available. If no one is available, we apologize, but ask that you then send your support question to
